DigiOptimise provides professional website development and hosting services for Indian small and medium businesses. We build websites based on the package selected by the client.
Setup fees are one-time and due before the site goes live. Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC) are billed yearly starting from year 2. All payments are processed through Razorpay.
We deliver a live preview within 24 hours of receiving your details. Go-live happens upon payment approval.
Each package includes 12 free revisions per year. Additional revisions may be charged.
Hosting is included in the AMC. Custom domain registration (₹999/year) is optional. You retain ownership of your domain.
You may cancel within 7 days of payment for a full refund, provided the site has not gone live. After go-live, refunds are at our discretion. See our Refund Policy.
You agree to provide accurate business information and not use the website for illegal purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your admin login.
DigiOptimise is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via WhatsApp.
