Once the site is published and live, the setup fee is non-refundable as the work has been delivered.
Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC) are refundable on a pro-rata basis for the unused period if you cancel within the first 30 days of the billing cycle.

No refund is available if the website has been suspended due to violation of our Terms of Service. Custom domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain is registered.
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, your website will be immediately suspended and your data may be permanently deleted.
